Our clients in Children’s Centres couldn’t find a package to suit their needs,
so they asked us to write one.
Children's Centres
Our Children's Centres Software is a brand new application. It was created in response
to demand from our existing clients who needed software to help them maintain their
children's families' and employees' records.
We held a number of consultation groups to gather requirements and then worked with
our clients to develop the software. The result is an application which is perfectly
tailored to meet their needs.
Attendance
Mark children who are in for each service in half hourly slots.
An attendance report can then be produced for that service to identify
who was in on any particular day.
Employee Records:
Users are able to record basic information about
employees including CRB details, qualifications, duties and contracts.
Recording Childcare Agreements
Record start and end dates, cost of services and how and when it was paid for.
Registration of a Child
Record a comprehensive range of information relating to each child who
has access to services. For example: contacts, medical conditions, dietary
requirements and more.
Registration of a Family
In addition to information recorded about children, the following can be
recorded about their families: addresses, languages spoken, religions, ethnicities
and employment status.
The development of our software is driven by or clients with new features constantly being
added in response to requests by our clients. We can boast and average of 3.5 months from a
user requesting an enhancement to that enhancement being rolled out to all our clients. Some
requests are released within days or even hours.
