Secure Information In The Classroom
A tool for teachers which gives them secure access to the data about the children they teach. Using
Web-based technology means the device which is used to access it needs no software other than a standard
web browser such as Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer.
WS School Web Based Services
During the Autumn Term of 2007 we trialled this latest software in several schools and
it is now being take up enthusiastically by a large number of our clients. We have had
many requests to expand its scope and have found that we are able to develop and roll out these
new functions at least as quickly as we can for our non web-based products.

E-Registration
E-registration allows staff in the classroom to update daily registers, attendance
and late times, this is what Anne had to say about it:
“Web based registration has been a great success. The children love seeing their names on the
interactive white boards. Wauton Samuel have built in messages to wish them happy birthday.
It has made registration more accurate and it’s always up to date. We always know exactly who’s in.”
