have used that specification to develop a new SWF module.
School Workforce
A pilot is being run in 2008 involving 34 LAs and some schools in the London
Boroughs of Bromley and Southwark used Wauton Samuel's software to make their
SWF returns.
The SWF module stores and reports details of:
- Contracts and terms and conditions of employment
- Salary scales and allowances
- CRB checks and Safe Recruitment
- Qualifications
- Courses attended
- Attendance, absence and punctuality
- Contacts
- Vacancies
The SWF Module includes a comprehensive set of reports which can be used by
Ofsted, HR and governors.
Produces the SWF data return which will be a statutory requirement on all schools by 2010 and
can be produced simply in a matter of a few minutes.
